I met the same problem as you when I tried to import _new_ package "kazehakase". It seems that somehow kazehakase directory is created, so I had to * copy the necessary files (Makefiles, etc..) from other package * rename module name in Makefile * upload source, add spec file... all manually. Currently the problem you are seeing seems to happed on every _new_ package.
