Fedora Release Engineering

As we gear up toward a merged world where the entire Fedora community gets to
play in the same sandbox, I wanted to create a document that outlines some of
what Release Engineering means to Fedora, as well as give folks an idea of
what it might mean to be a part of the team. I've created something of a
rough draft that I would like to fine tune over the next few months, and I'm
happy to talk to anybody about any particular part of it. I know that some
of you have expressed interest in helping me to accomplish some of these
tasks, as such I've signed up to do a FUDCon session on Friday regarding
Fedora release engineering. I hope to have somebody in the audience also be
on IRC to relay questions/answers much like during Fedora Board meetings and
such.

Anyway, here is the "manifesto":
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/JesseKeating/RelEng

This obviously isn't going to be the final home, but it is just the working
home for it.
