In that case, you will need to add a dead.package file to it in CVS and
remove it from the repo as explained in the Extras/PackageEndOfLife page
on the wiki.

That should stop these warnings from occuring. (But to maintain a proper
upgrade path, we should bug the gnome-games maintainer to add the
necessary Provides/Obsoletes to the spec.)
