My objective when I wrote this tool (and I'm still extending it) was to help 
me do reviews, so it's interactive : it asks the reviewer to validate the 
tests.
However, I'm sure it can be tweaked to remove the interactive tests (there's 
about a dozen of them, over 42 total tests) or to make them 
non-interactive. The aim was to cover as much as the packaging guidelines 
as possible.
And, it's python. So it should be hackable by the crowd here. Feel free to 
do whatever you please with it, and of course I'll be glad to help.
