/usr is supposed to be mountable readonly => MUST
/usr/share can network mounted ("share") => MUST
Simple-stoopid implementation would to move said file (or directory) to
somewhere under /etc, then symlink the old location to the new.
Yep, this is a "stupid work-around", but should be applicable.
... might break under SELinux...
