That one is probably outdated. Only the directory's with a capital first
letter are currently considered official *afaik* and only those can be
reached when one starts browsing at http://fedora.redhat.com  (there are
exceptions from that rule afaics, e.g. docs (and not Docs))

Site note: There is also
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mirrors
which points to the old url. /me wonders if anybody will keep that page
in the wiki up2date in the future now that http://fedora.redhat.com is
reachable again.
