I'm 90% certain gtk+ absolutely needs autoconf213,automake14
Not, if not running the autotools as part of building and not if gtk+ is
not part of Core.
I thought we were only speaking in terms of BuildRequires here. Good point
though, gtk+ is already (supposedly, soon-to-be) out of Core.
