  The point here is different from last time. The problem that we had last 
time was that lots of packages in Core are not up to Extras standards.

  That was the reason to stop the direct injection of packages dropped from 
Core. But as I said before those packages did not had a maintainer.

  I am not against a change, but there (valid) reasons before to have such a 
policy.
