/usr/share/xml is owned by several packages right now:

$ repoquery -q --whatprovides /usr/share/xml
libglade2-0:2.5.1-2.i386
libglade2-0:2.5.1-2.x86_64
gnome-doc-utils-0:0.2.0-2.noarch
xml-common-0:0.6.3-17.noarch
cvs2cl-0:2.59-2.noarch

Should new packages depend on xml-common instead of owning it or
does /usr/share/xml really belong in filesystem?
