My opinion is that cases where you *KNOW* a package can be the same across multiple distributions, build one without a dist tag and note it in those Wiki pages. Either me, Ville or Michael can hardlink it across the distributions during the next Extras push.

This is especially important for larger packages, like this 65MB thing you mention.
