I'm seeing the same (?) problem as Matthias and there seems to be a bug opened for it at: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=165004 And "make plague" was working for me yesterday -- it just doesn't seem to be queueing any builds today.
