Actually submitting a release notes change means going to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraDocs_2fRelNotes_2fCore4Test1RelNotes and clicking on the 'pre-filled bugzilla request' link. Or you can e-mail relnotes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and Karsten Wade (the courageous new FDP leader) will handle your e-mail. Please use bugzilla if at all possible. Explanations of the package additions and removals . Removals of information that is no longer necessary for FC4 .
