The terms and conditions on the site make it very clear that content not marked otherwise is CC BY-SA 3.0. Can you be more specific about what is unclear? Keep in mind we do not want to make an additional mark on individual pages or stories about the licensing terms. That would inevitably conflict with having a single T&C that explains everything.
