Build your own cloud with Fedora 30 and nextcloud

Hi Story Teller,

We were looking at your article "Build your own cloud with Fedora 30
and nextcloud". Since Fedora 31 is out, it might be better to use that
as the reference version. Can you please make any updates needed for
F31 or let us know if it needs to stay on Fedora 30?
