It's great to see the Join team thinking about this workflow. Hopefully it will be useful for on-ramping new contributors. However, only a month ago we published https://fedoramagazine.org/how-to-contribute-to-fedora/ by Ben Cotton. It seems too soon to do another article on the exact same topic. What might work better is to see how the new process works for a few months, and then maybe in February or March think about doing a new article on this topic.
