As I understand it, once an article spec. is in the kanban any writer
can pick it up and write the article.
If this is the case, I think I will pick up "#27 Disk space maths: The
difference between KiB and KB". If no one objects.
I thought I would cover this topic as it applies to memory also. Though
that might be a second article for the sake of article brevity.
I guessing the article is aimed at ordinary users and software folks,
but not kernel software people.
