Re: An article about i686?

Adding Justin from FESCo (part of this is actually his Change). He
definitely has the background and knowledge to contribute to an article
about the i686 drop. Not needed urgently, but if we could get something in
the next week or two that would be great. Justin, would you be willing to
write up something here?
