I like the pitch concept, but the title does not fit with the Magazine's tone. I agree it's novel, but it doesn't convey what the article/series content is actually about. *Maybe* if you were comparing and contrasting C# and Python. But if the article is indeed about using C# on Fedora, then a more appropriate title would be "Getting started with C#" or "Developing with C# on Fedora".
