The editors are +1 on this pitch and want to see a full draft. Could
you please use podman instead of docker, though? (For one thing podman
doesn’t require a daemon to be running, and you don’t need root or
sudo for it.) The syntax is almost always identical, but let us know
if you hit any problem.
