I don't think the article needs to be broken up, but some other
changes could be made to make it shorter. The large section about
ostree is mostly unnecessary, since the article isn't about the
benefits of ostree. If we want to have a separate article explaining
Fedora IoT, that would be welcome. But it's not necessary to try to do
both in this one article.
