Dear,
I have explained the license of V-Rep in my blog seperately as :
 V-REP binaries comes with 2 types of licensing : Commercial and
Educational.
http://www.coppeliarobotics.com/licensing.html

While Commercial license is albeit a closed binary, Educational license is
completely free.
please see to it and let me know for any further changes.
