Roughly, I'd say we're looking for: * enthusiasm * writing ability * subject-matter expertise or ability to pick it up fast * comfort with asciidoc or similar markup and git-based workflows in approximately that order. The target is to get the "Quick Docs" into great shape — the initial ones at https://docs.fedoraproject.org/quick-docs/en-US/index.html plus whatever else we can add. If you're familiar with these topics, that's awesome, but even if you're not you can help edit and format stuff someone else writes.
