Sometimes it's a good idea to quote in an article where it helps the reader understand a topic, or promotes an additional reliable source. However, copying wholesale from articles -- even if the text's license allows it -- is unacceptable for the Magazine. There may be limited exceptions by agreement with the editors and community. But at its worst, it's plagiarism.
