I'm trying to figure it out why? MPD is GPL licensed, so I can assume lack of packagers for it? Or Maybe a licensed dependency? Maybe if instead of using RPMFussion, the article do a quick compilation from the sources. I assume most of the problems come from the MP3 license issue (that is not an issue anymore), but need more research about it.
