[IDEA] i686 support article

Since the SIG for x86 architecture was approved as "Alive" [1][2] and that
means that we will have at least F27 image for i686 architecture, I think
we could put an article about it, because too many sites were quotting the
idea [3] of dropping the support for 32-bits systems.
