The link to the article refreshes with a new nonce every 24 hours.
This prevents articles from becoming search engine hits when they are
withdrawn.

The editors meet weekly to figure out publishing for the upcoming
week, q.v. <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Magazine>.  This week is
problematic because we are all at Flock.  Since this article doesn't
appear to be time-sensitive, hopefully this is less of a problem?
