Summery:Description about the emerging container technologies.

educate the
reader about the birth of docker and the related technologies.
* What is Container?
* What is Docker?
* Platforms for Docker.
* Integration of docker with other technologies.
The editors decided at tonight's meeting to pass on this series.
However, we encourage you to come up with other ideas.
How about a series on alternatives to docker, far fewer people would
know about those. buildah, cri-o, kpod, system-containers...
I'd be interested to see that.
Same here. Just to clarify, we are looking for people to write such a
series. Dan, if you know of someone interested, speaking as one of
the editors we'd certainly be happy to entertain/publish.
Sure I an others could take a stab, we would probably need to take a
slightly different take on them to match them up 2 fedora.
Containers/image and containers/storage - Cover these libraries, where
they came from and what they do.
Skopeo
Buildah
CRI-O
System-Containers
Just to add on, I think all of these topics would be awesome to have on
the Fedora Magazine. The other day, I read a really cool one on using
Buildah to make lean and mean Fedora container images:
https://www.projectatomic.io/blog/2017/08/buildah-getting-fit/
Even articles that cover things like this would be great fits for the
Magazine. I think a lot of people would be interested in this too…
Just as an idea if it would be easier, I have no qualm with modifying
existing content to fit for a Fedora audience than having to reinvent
the wheel with new content every time. :)

That would be fine with us. We would love to get some of the buildah
content into it.
There are a series of buildah articles being written, So far 2 have
been published.
Converting these to all fedora containers would be easy.
