It looks pretty good for me. Agreed with moving the "What's new?" to the
beginning. Also, is the FIXME note to [1] or [2]? IMHO, it's worthy to
mention the new Spin (LXQt) that have been already mention in a "day-before
release post" fomr ZDNet [3]
