Neat! I didn't know about pelican before (I've been using hugo). I got
a little lost right around the instructions to run SimpleHTTPServer.
Are the block quotes output from certbot? Are they instructions for the
user to follow? I think up until this point, the block quotes have been
instructions, but after the screenshot, it doesn't seem like they're
instructions anymore.

I'm not clear what file I'm supposed to create and edit.
