Hi, The 4.8 kernel was released on Sunday and we are now in the merge window for the 4.9 kernel. I'd like to do a short article on some of the options and features that are coming in for 4.9 in rawhide. The merge window for the kernel is two weeks so I would have a final draft after October 16th, assuming the usual schedule holds.
