No, but you can say RHEL4 was based on FC3. RHEL5 will be based on FC6.
But you can't really say they are the same thing at all.
Is there any ideas on when RHEL5 will be out?
P.D.: FC3 has packages which are newer then the ones in RHEL4: KDE for
example.
