Try dovecot.

I don't see dovecot package at http://download.fedoralegacy.org/ redhat/7.3/os/i386/ so I guess it's not part of the RH7.3 distribution. However, if you're using Dag's repository you might want to try dovecot, Dag has it and it's pretty easy to setup. Or you can get the rpm directly from http://dag.wieers.com/packages/dovecot/
