In particular, IMHO the biggest need right now is having people take a
look at "All packages lacking VERIFY" category espcially for FC1/FC2.
Secondarily "All packages lacking PUBLISH" (for example, a couple of
my trivial packages have been sitting there for months, and I'm not
inclined to create any more of them until these have gone forward).
