I have tried to download and install the FC2 mozilla and gaim updates for QA testing but have encountered a problem with the gpg signatures. The signatures available at http://www.fedoralegacy.org/FEDORA-LEGACY-GPG-KEY had been downloaded and installed previously for earlier updates. After the Mozilla and Gaim update packages failed the gpg check, the fedoralegacy gpg keys were re-installed and a further attempt to install the Mozilla and Gaim updates was made.

Other than forgoing the gpg check, I am open to suggestions/recommendations on how I might proceed with QA testings of the proposed update packages.

You were probably downloading from a mirror that had not completed sync
yet, or had corrupted packages. They are properly signed with the Fedora
Legacy key. Try running a "yum clean all" and trying again.

A "yum clean all" was followed by another attempt to install the testing packages. Same result - a message reading, "Using ftp, http[s], or file for servers, Aborting - gpgcheck=1.
