Here's something to start from, a (backport) of rh90's gcc-3.2.2 for rh73: http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/fedora/all/SRPMS/gcc-3.2.2-5.0.src.rpm

You'll need to update/patch rh73's glibc pthread.h too (gcc-3.2.2 will complain otherwise):
http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/fedora/SOURCES/glibc/glibc-2.2.5-__thread.patch
