Not using automatted updates doesn't mean it can't be installed until Monday.

Maybe specific people can't/won't update until Monday, but I assure you others
do work/update on weekends and holidays.

Besides, now who is going to define the days.  My Monday is different than
Monday in Australia.  How would we reconcile the time differences between
locations?
