Here's what I know. Jesse was forced to change his business (j2solutions.net) hosting provider. This change was sudden and unexpected. The result of this is that DNS for fedoralegacy.org is down while Jesse works to get j2solutions.net back online. This will undoubtedly require new IP addresses, so things might take a bit to smooth out.
