install gcc-3.3 stdc++5 libraries

I recently upgrade a server I nfs mount data from on my webserver.

The main server has gcc 3.3, so c++ programs compiled on the main server,
will not run on the webserver.
The webserver does not have gcc 3.3 stdc++5.0 libraries installed.

What is the easiest, best way to solve this?
Install gcc-3.3 on the webserver?
Install just the stdc++5.0 c++ library on the webserver?

Ideas?
