cpufreq *is* in RHL9 kernel, and is vulnerable.
Other than that, looks like you've got it covered.
You may also need the qla2300 perms fix (fixed in SuSE update
kernels, missed everywhere else). Not sure if that driver
made it into RHL9, and I don't have an unpacked source tree
handy. Diff below.
