Yes please. He has control over the website currently. Some things are ran through me first, but I like what he's done with it. Since the site is in CVS, changes can be rolled back easily.

That could be a problem, I mean, we have ~1TB/Mo available, but we
are using in excess of half that now. I don't think I could convince
the powers that be to pay for extra b/w for this :) sad to say.

Anyone use mod_throttle ? Would that work for this?

I'm using mod_throttle on download.fedoralegacy.org right now, as I'm transitioning to a more perm location/hardware set. It works ok, but I'm not to sure it plays well w/ apt/yum. I wouldn't worry about trying to mirror if you don't have bandwidth to spare, I'd hate to have it cause problems.

OK, I'll hold off on that for now.
