I know about gcc-c++ being on that page (and I still disagree, but
that's personal opinion).  I just now noticed that python got added, and
don't understand why.  I'll ask.

Yep.  I'd prefer to keep gcc-c++ out of there, but it could be added for
fedora.us only.

If you're building it for fedora.us explicitly, I guess you should add
it to your /etc/mach/dist.  If it were me, I'd be adding it to
BuildRequires: though.
