Sorry about that. I'm still new to the gpg signing thing. I did an actual cut and paste from the wiki and it had --send-key KEYID
I've done it again with my real key-id, and this time got a success message.
Since I'm new to the gpg stuff, I've had a co-worker who is quite expert at it making sure I've created one correctly, keep it secure, etc... Obviously though, he isn't always watching over my shoulder. Actually, figuring out the gpg stuff was one of the two reason's it's taken me so long to get started here.
