I think the issue is that this requires another yum.conf entry.  So you
have one local repo for RH Errata up to EOL, then another for Fedora
Legacy Errata.  IIUC what Matthias is looking for was more of a "drop
Fedora Legacy Errata into the existing local RH Errata repo".
