Is the Kernel update out of testing?

When we see something like "Fedora Legacy Test Update Notification: pwlib" posted to the list, is there an average time line before it hits production?

If you can't wait, visit above URL, read comment 3, get the new kernel
erratum src.rpm for Red Hat Linux 9, apply the small patch which flips two
lines in the spec file and build for rh7x.
