Problems with video card were resolved. Because of applying in Fedora 14 new video configuring system, now it detects and configures video automatically, without using "xorg.conf" by default, on each start of system (http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F14_bugs#Miscellaneous_graphical_problems). So, I just removed: 1) "/etc/X11/xorg.conf" file _and_ 2) "nomodeset" kernel parameter in "/boot/grub/grub.conf" file.
