Newer internal cards for IBM T30?

I'm trying to get into whatever century this is and realizing my 
internal network card is preventing me from WPA/WPA2 network connections.

Any recommendations on internal (preferable) or external cards to look 
for that are IBM T30/Fedora 10+ compatible?
