I'm answering to myself, but I'd like to know if somebody has experienced any
progress with iwl3945 driver...

Today I've tried with 2.6.22.7-85.fc7
The same situation. 'wifi' LED always off, not able to connect, even to
unprotected AP.
On the other hand, ipw3945 works OK, as always.
