Revert "mpt*: remove certain deprecated pci-ids"

We no longer need this rhel-only commit because these devices are
included in the disabled pci devices list in kernel/rh_messages.h.

This reverts commit 4c2fa845bbc12c904534f2089b62c0fc2512be6d.
