The commit disabling CONFIG_IPV6 has been dropped, so in the current state of
this MR, a lot of IPsec-related configs are still enabled. Is `CONFIG_IPV6` is
being dropped from the auto kernel through some other MR?

If not, more configs need to be disabled (mainly the IPV6 variants of those
already being disabled, but some others as well): `CONFIG_INET6_AH`,
`CONFIG_INET6_ESP`, `CONFIG_INET6_IPCOMP`, `CONFIG_IPV6_VTI`,
`CONFIG_IPV6_MIP6`, `CONFIG_XFRM_INTERFACE`.
