No, I think what's happened is aarch64 support was added, so vboxguest was
added to pending as disabled and this has overridden the x86 option and the
other module depends on it so they were both disabled.

I've filed a MR to fix this up, and enable it for aarch64 as that was on my
todo too, so once that's merged it should be back.
